Malabrigo Noventa

Noventa is a 100% Superwash Merino wool, heavy bulky (5 weight yarn) single ply twist that gives the yarn a slightly irregular texture which, combined with Malabrigo's hand-dyed technique, means Noventa is a blissfully unique yarn! The superwash process makes the colors seem brighter than some of their other yarn lines.

90yds, 125g, recommended hook size US J-10 to M/N-13 or 6-9 mm, recommended needles US 9 a 11 or 5.5-8 mm.

Suggestion for use, from Malabrigo's website: "Be sure to get enough yarn to complete your project since each bag is a different dye lot, and skeins may vary from bag to bag. Skeins may vary one from the other even within the same bag. To ensure random color distribution, work from two balls of yarn at once, alternating a few rows from each ball."

When Malabrigo dyes their yarns, the same formula is used each time but every batch of yarn may vary. The differences from one dye lot to another can be very subtle, or extremely noticeable, especially on variegated yarns.
