Return Policy

No returns will be accepted for Doodle Collection products, including Doodle Decks, Doodle Destination packs, and Doodle Base Patterns.

In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photographs of the damage. This will allow us to process a refund and initiate a claim with the shipping company. Due to fluctuating stock availability, replacements may not always be feasible. However, we will endeavor to offer replacements whenever possible. In this particular instance of a damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you have changed your mind about an item or are dissatisfied with its color or texture, you may request a refund. To initiate a refund, please return all items within 14 days of the date of receipt, as documented by the shipping company. The returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the item is received and verified to be in new condition, the refund will be processed. The refund will be credited to the original form of payment, minus the cost of original shipping.
